30-Day Comfort Trial

We understand that choosing the right mattress is an important decision. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 30-Day Comfort Trial exchange on all mattresses.

Exchange Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with the comfort of your new mattress within the first 30 days of purchase, you may exchange it for a different mattress size or model.

  • Exchange Process:
    1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your mattress to initiate an exchange.
    2. Inspection: A brief inspection may be required to ensure the mattress is in good condition and free from damage caused by misuse or neglect.
    3. Exchange Options: You may exchange your mattress for another mattress of equal or greater value.
    4. Delivery and Pickup: We will arrange for the pickup of your original mattress and delivery of your new mattress.

Refund Policy

We prefer to only do exchanges. However, if within 7 days you are not satisfied with the comfort of your new mattress and we cannot resolve it with the exchange process, you may return your mattress.

  • Restocking Fee: Refunds for returned mattresses are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and Handling: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply.
  • Return Conditions:
    • The mattress must be returned in its original condition, free from damage, stains, or odors.
    • The original mattress packaging (if available) must be returned with the mattress.
    • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned mattress.

Important Notes:

  • This return policy applies to mattresses purchased directly from Mattress Warehouse Flint.
  • This policy may not apply to all mattress types, special orders, or special promotions.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the mattress is properly cared for during the trial period.
